SITAP enables the participants to realise the organisation’s core values, for which they are to apply continuous improvement process monitoring. In addition, it covers the process planning part of a strategic IT Architecture plan for minimising technology-related crises, optimising resource allocation, managing changes, and increasing Return-On-Investment (ROI).
