As digitalisation plays a more critical role in today’s digital economy, digital Enterprise Architecture (EA) is necessary to drive the establishment of a digital government by laying out the overall blueprint and strategies, connecting common platforms and systems, exercising innovation leadership, and developing the digital competency of the public sector.

Join us for this webinar to explore the journey to government’s digital transformation.

With the current pandemic situation, it has made digitalisation and a digital government even more urgent. Every government agency is required to connect their services digitally from end-to-end and embrace technologies that can serve as platforms of supervision of public authorities that are coherent and consistent. The adoption of such digital services requires a digital transformation journey that starts from blueprint development and planning, to operations management and service delivery.

Key Takeaways
  • -Design a systematic approach on the integrated service experiences that allows a more efficient engagement between citizens and governments
  • -Build a collaborative organisation with extensive team structure that is needed for the knowledge-based work
  • -Sustain the digital efforts by assessing, measuring and prioritising areas of Enterprise Dimension Factors to reflect the agency’s digital maturity level.
