Corporate Sales Manager / Executive 

ATD Solution (Singapore) is rapidly growing and ready to achieve the next level of expansion in the market. We are looking for a sales/business development-driven Corporate Sales Manager to focus on enterprise and government segments.

  • -Generate new business, negotiate and close deals. Bringing corporate training and consulting services to enterprise and government customers.
  • -Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, key stakeholders and partners to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • -Arrange appointments and lead meetings for product briefing through outbound calls and linkedin connections, negotiating and closing high-value contracts with customers.
  • -Work cross functionally with regional stakeholders within the organisation to ensure smooth coordination and completeness of information and documents for all sales order.
  • -Provide customers with accurate proposal and follow up promptly, keeping them abreast of information.
  • -Update progress of sales revenue, forecast, activities in CRM system and discuss any potential barrier for achievement at the Sales meetings.
  • -Improve sales process and performance in collaboration with operation & project teams.



  • -Minimum Diploma or Degree (preferably in Business Management related qualification).
  • -At least 2 year of working experience in sales or customer services related sectors.
  • -Customer oriented with strong business acumen and sales driven.
  • -Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
  • -Strong communication skills for representing ATD externally to prospects, partners and C-level counterparts.
  • -Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions in a regional organisation.
  • -Possess a strong understanding of the Singapore market across verticals would be a plus point.
