1. Digital EA Competency Assessment
This assessment health check is recommended for the organization who want to prepare and develop its people competencies for successful digital transformation in driving innovation. This assessment method is based on the IASA ITABoK (IT Architecture Body of Knowledge) and its 5 pillars of SkillSets i.e. Business Technology Strategy, IT Environment, Quality Attributes, Human Dynamics and Design pillars.
The Digital Competency Assessment Toolkit is used to assess, measure and prioritise Competency Dimension Factors which represent the individual competencies level. There are four (4) Competency Dimension Factors, namely Skills, Knowledge, Experiences and Qualification.
The outcome of this engagement is the proficiency level of individual as well as the departmental scoring coupled with the recommended action plans to be taken in equipping them with the relevant skillsets to drive innovation through Digital Enterprise Architecture.
