Job Description:
- Combine sales skills with our product/services knowledge and covert the maximum possible prospect leads into clients via telephone in order to increase the client base.
- Generate interest and increase acquisition of new leads through teleprospecting activities.
- Continually develop product knowledge and monitor market trends.
- Daily cold calls to existing and new customers to promote our products/services.
- Follow up as necessary after initial phone call to develop leads and convert leads into clients.
- Have a strong passion for sales and creative sales techniques.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
-Excellent telephone and strong database skills.
-Confident, passionate, self motivated, dynamic and result-oriented.
-Aggressive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Excellent English communication skills and able to create lively conversation.
-Must have worked in professional contact center for outbound sales.
IT Architecture Regional Trainer – Asia Pacific (Full / Part time)
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as trainer. This individual will be given opportunities to speak throughout Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality IT Architecture training courses at our training facilities or at the clients'.
- Keep up with latest technologies on the subject matter and proactively learn new skills to widen your range of expertise.
- Participate in the development of new courses and the improvement of existing courses.
- Produce, refine or update training material to meet course requirements.
- Speak in public seminars and conferences on the latest trend and topics around IT Architecture development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of IT industry experience in which 10 years of IT experience in middle level management and above.
- Involved in at least 5 major SDLCs with total IT project experience of 10 years.
- Hand-on experience on UML knowledge and other IT tools and platforms
- Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills with people of different levels, backgrounds and personality styles.
- Enjoy travelling and working in an international culture.
- Preferably, can deliver training courses in multiple languages i.e. English & Mandarin.
- Required to speak well in a classroom of people and public speaking.
- Passionate, confident and experience in teaching professional in a class/seminar.
