What are the foundations of a successful IT Project and what is the criterion? Generally, 90 percent of IT projects fail when we measure it against these measures: over budget, not meeting the requirement - out of scope, missing the deadline and/or not being adopted by the users. It has been recognized and widely known that 80 percent of problems faced in IT Project are people problems, the communication, the synergy -- it is the human dynamics and the lack of it.
